    Windows 10 Update and Xbox App

    Looking for group doesn't work anymore. App crashes periodically. Problems occur after the latest windows update.

    What is the issue with Sony and Microsoft that would warrant this specific attack from the hacking group "Lizard Squad"? I mean, are they bored group of hackers or was it too easy to crash Chuck E' Cheese Pizza?

    Hello!

    A powercycle might be your best option, hold power button for 10 seconds until console turns off and then unplug for 10 seconds. After that fire it back up and try it out.

    Games like Sonic Racing and Crash Bandicoot would be good for your nephew as they are pretty simple and straightforward to play. They are also fun and exciting for that particular kind of age group.
