Group Chat on Xbox App

Hi,

while using the Xbox app on an Android phone, I can't see the group chat I started on the Xbox One.

I can see the other chats.

Is there anything I can do ?

We thank you for bringing this inquiry to our forums community, and understand that this concerns an inability to view groups within the Xbox app on your Android device.

Have you attempted to uninstall the app and then install it back onto your device? As well, have you attempted to sign in with a different account to test if this occurs with a different Xbox profile? Try this out for us and then feel free to let us know
the results.

There's about 3-6 people in the group chat at all times.

I forgot to say that this problem only occurs when my friend is in the group chat via Xbox one, the problem doesnt occur when he is on the PC xbox app

If you have Windows 10 installed on your PC and the Xbox Console Companion, try leaving the group chat on the app instead.
