Group by Console Type no longer works

Where is shows "sort by size" in your picture, switch that to "group by console type". The series s/x titles will be in their own grouping.

I get this same error code when i try to delete groups from two different accounts because the groups will not retain their games and apps after a reboot.

This error code isnt listed on xbox.com error help, and live support claimed to not know what it was.

I was told to remove account, restart console and add back account, create a group, all of which worked fine as always. But as soon as these two partivpart accounts log in on another consoler, the group 'no longer exists'....

3 account retain their groups fine between consoles. One of the accounts has a home console, so thought maybe that was it, but no joy. The other account affect had never had a home console.

You might want to wait longer. Sometimes codes are not sent to your email. . This process can not be done on the console t self . If you are copying the code and pasting it . It won't work. Try typing it in instead

As far as the medals and ribbons go I believe they are sorted by type. Meaning all the Horde medals are grouped together which works for me.
