    Hello,

    For the past few weeks, I have had no problem with the PS5 crossply functionality while playing Grounded or Sea of Thieves.

    Last week while trying to login into Grounded, the game loaded up with crossplay disabled. I did not adjust any in game settings or internet settings, in game or external.

    I am able to use the Microsoft/link url to approve the permissions, but after this is completed and states Grounded has been approved, the error pops up in game stating can't be linked at this time.

    This issue also happened with Sea of Thieves, where I can get to the point where it "approves" the link online through my phone or laptop, but fails in game.

    I've tried multiple suggested solutions on these forums and others for previously similar scenarios but nothing works.

    Please let me know what I can do to look further into this.

    Thanks for the reply. Hopefully we get more word on this soon. Grounded is coming out soon and I'm interested in purchasing it. If I can't do cross play with my sister on Xbox. Kinda useless to even purchase lol.

    The issue with Minecraft is that it does not let you link another PSN account to your Microsoft Account.

    I believe with Sea of Thieves and Grounded, this may be different.
