Grounded Public Test for Update 1.3 Available for Xbox Insiders Today!

There is a alpha update available today, but since you want the public update, you need to unregister the console, so it will update to the latest public build. If you cannot access the console, then download the xbox insider app on windows 10, and if you can, unregister the console.

As an update there is currently a fix being tested for those in the Insider Program. No word when a public release will be available but please know MS is finally aware of and tracking the issue.

How is this different from the last 1.3 update? The update today showed 1.4 in the store but 1.3 in the app itself.

Also does this fix non working toast counts?

Update 1.3 for Skyrim is now available on Steam and is being submitted to Sony and Microsoft. As soon as we have more information on the update hitting PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, we'll let everyone know. Below are the release notes for the update:

Thanks for reaching out to the Xbox forums! The new Edge is available for Xbox Insiders currently testing the 2109 update. It's scheduled to release to all Xbox customers when the 2109 update goes out to the public – the date of when that update releases is still not available yet.
