Grounded from gamepass

Did notice this on Twitter. Be good to see what is lined up for GamePass and to see more of Grounded.

For UK viewers I believe it will be on at 10pm BST (British Summer Time)

Grounded looks lotlots of fun but too little info as of yet to decide if i will get it. The gamepass anouncement were pretty awesome and all those ps only games finally coming to xbox.

Hi Ahmed! My name is Ricardo an independent advisor ready to help you with this situation!

First go to Microsoft update on PC settings and check for available updates

After that open the Microsoft store app and then press on your library in the bottom left corner, then get updates

Complete given below directions to repair and reset the game

Step 1: Open the Settings app. This can be done by clicking its icon in the Start menu or simultaneously pressing Windows logo + I.

Step 2: Click the Apps category icon and then click Apps & features to see all installed apps as well as classic desktop programs.

Step 3: Click on the app that you want to reset to see the Advanced options link. Click on the same (advanced options link).

Step 4: Finally, click the small Reset button. When you click the Reset button, you will find a small dialog box with “This will permanently delete the app’s data on this device, including your preferences and sign-in details.” Click the Reset button in the opened dialog box to reset the app.

Step 5: Once the Reset is done, you will see a check sign next to the Reset button. And restart the Pc

If this doesn't work please uninstall the game, reset the Xbox app and the Microsoft store and install it again

1. We saw you mentioned PowerShell, may we confirm if you have tried to uninstall and reinstall Xbox Gaming Services through PowerShell too?
   
2. Are we having same issues with other Xbox Game Pass games?
   
3. Are you part of PC Insider or Xbox Insider?
   
4. Please post a screenshot of the issue and conceal any personal information.
   
5. Is your computer customized or has make and model?

So far, from the details you provided, you can try the following steps and let us know the result. You can just skip those you have done already.

Method 1:

Please create a system restore point.

Method 3: Run system scans

Run a full system scan. This will check and restore corrupted system files.

In Windows search bar, search for Command Prompt and Run as Administrator.

Copy the command below one line at a time and paste it on Command Prompt:

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

SFC /scannow

Method 3: Perform a clean boot

A "clean boot" starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers and startup programs, so you can tell if a background program is interfering with the game or program.

Once done, restart your computer and check if you can launch and play the game with no issues.

If the problem remains the same, you can reactivate these non-Microsoft services by following the same steps.
