vielleicht hat ja jemand das gleiche Problem wie ich. Nachdem Microsoft am 07.06.2019 den großen E3 Sale im Microsoft Store gestartet hat wollte ich mir am 08.06.2019 eine Xbox one X Metro Bundle im Microsoft Store kaufen. Und beim bezahlen wird mir immer
gesagt es gäbe Probleme mit der Zahlung. Darauf hin habe ich alle Zahlungsarten ausprobiert und immer wieder das gleiche. Dann haben wir einen Neuen Account angelegt auf den Namen meiner Frau, und wieder sagt Microsoft bei jeder Zahlungsart das es Probleme
mit der Zahlung gäbe. Wir haben beide eigene Visa Karten, PayPal Konten und sind Klarna geprüft. dann habe ich den Support angerufen und die haben das Problem in 3 oder 4 Stunden gelöst. Ich bekomme eine E-Mail mit der Bestellbestätigung und man gratuliert
mir zu dem Kauf und wünscht mir viel Spaß damit. Gegen 20:00 Uhr abends bekommen wir eine E-Mail von Microsoft, und teilt uns mit das der Kaufvorgang abgebrochen wurde. Am 09.06.2019 rufe ich wieder beim Kundendienst an, und nach einer Stunde bekomme ich die
Nachricht das Microsoft Keine Xbox One X Metro Bundle mehr hat, und begründet es damit das das Lager nicht immer gleich mit dem Store abgeglichen wird und ich deshalb dieses Paket in den Einkaufswagen legen konnte und es kauen konnte, obwohl es nicht mehr
am Lager ist. Und das bei einer Weltweiten E3 Aktion die bis zum 27.06.2019 läuft. Und dann kann man mir nicht mal sicher sagen ob die Abbuchung dann jetzt auch storniert wurde. Jetzt muss ich bis nach Pfingsten warten um zu sehen ob Microsoft trotzdem das
Geld abgebucht hat, obwohl nichts verkauft wurde. Und das bei Mr. Mega Software Hersteller Microsoft. Jeder kleine Store bekommt es hin sein Lager abzugleichen so das man etwas gar nicht kaufen kann wenn es etwas nicht mehr gibt. Aber der Weltkonzern Microsoft
kann das nicht ? das ist ein bitteres Armutszeugnis. Was aber noch schlimmer ist das man mir nicht mal sagen konnte warum der Kauf und die Bezahlung durch uns nicht funktioniert. Da muss das erst jemand vom Support bearbeiten da mit der kauf von statten geht.
Und dann habe die das angeblich nicht mal.

Mich würde interessieren ob es anderen Menschen auch so ergangen ist. So hält man keine Kunden.
