    I have been sent a code to get 3 month's of Groove for free, but when I try to use it, it says it has already been redeemed. I have been online and checked all of my Microsoft accounts and it isn't on any of them. Please help!

    Need help redeeming my xbox live code

    I tried redeeming the code in my browser on my computer using these instructions, big mistake. It said "thank you, you redeemed your code" and then exited me out. No gamertag registration whatsoever. I thought the whole point of redeeming my code was to create a gamer tag, but no just exits me out. I then tried redeeming my code on my xbox (so that I could create the gamer tag) and it said "sorry, code already redeemed."

    so what the... what do I do now?

    Redeem Code Invalid

    Received a Redeem Code for being a long time Zune member. Was a Free 3 month Microsoft Groove code. When code is entered, it recognizes and then states error. Xbox support states that the code was Deactivated/Invalid. Date code was received in email
    from Groove Music was 10/15/2015. What do I need to do in order to get a valid Redeem Code??

    Groove music pass free 3 months promotion

    Hey iMasterLee -

    Just to clarify, did you purchase a month of Groove with a credit card or did you redeem a prepaid one month Groove code? If you purchased a month, your best bet would be to reach out to
    Groove Support via their Support page.The 'Contact Us' options can be found near the bottom of that page.

    If you redeemed a prepaid one month Groove code, unfortunately you will not qualify for this promotion. Per the

    Groove promotional page    , in order to qualify for the 3 complimentary months of Groove, you had to have purchased one month at $9.99.

    Let us know if you have additional questions.

    From what I remember, one was for a pre order add on for mafia 3, 2 ea access codes and a 3 month code for groove music. I didn't redeem any of these.

    I can't seem to redeem my free 3 months groove music pass. When i try to redeem it, all i get is "Something went wrong" and then an error code. This is the error code-
