Hi I signed up for Groove on February 25, 2017 for the promotion where you get 4 months free. I never received the email to get my 3 free months and was billed for March because I never received it within the 30 Days as stated. Can you please help me!

Microsoft Groove free 3 month promotion. No code yet for the 3 months

I signed up for the Free 4 month Groove music promotion for black friday:

Just to clarify, did you purchase a month of Groove with a credit card or did you redeem a prepaid one month Groove code? If you purchased a month, your best bet would be to reach out to
Groove Support via their Support page.The 'Contact Us' options can be found near the bottom of that page.

If you redeemed a prepaid one month Groove code, unfortunately you will not qualify for this promotion. Per the

Groove promotional page, in order to qualify for the 3 complimentary months of Groove, you had to have purchased one month at $9.99.

Did you take advantage of the Groove promotion through the Xbox One dashboard or via the Groove Music website you linked in your post? If it was through the website, you will want to reach out to
Groove Music Support as they are responsible for handling that specific promotion. If you purchased through the Xbox One dashboard, then you're in the right place.

Where did you sign-up for the Microsoft Groove promotion? Was it on the Xbox One dashboard, or was it through Groove's website or the Windows Store on Windows 10? If you signed-up on the Xbox One dashboard, you came to the right spot!

If you signed up through Groove music's website, or through the Windows Store on Windows 10, please drop a post over in our

Groove Music Support forums so the proper team can assist. We're able to help out with promotions ran through the Xbox One dashboard, however any promotions outside of that we don't have access to unfortunately.
