Groove Music Subscription

I'm posting this piece, I have an issue with my groove pass subscription. I was supposed to get one month free, plus an additional 3 months free. I only received the first month free, and never received a email with the code for the free 3 months. I just
received a bill for the second month.

Does Groove Music Require a Payed Subscription to Use Music From My Personal Library

The ability to sign Groove Music in game is locked, does that mean i need a payed subscription just to use music from my library, even if i have no reason to stream the music from Groove?

Yeah talk about annoying. I originally purchased the groove music subscription because the only 2 available apps that work with background music when the update launched was the cast at as well as Groove music. I could have paid no money and have been using
Pandora entire time. However I really like Groove music it is ad free and you can make your own playlist. I just want what is entitled to me so hopefully we will hear back soon.

Groove Music it's not a free app, so many players buy a subscription. So, it's for money and money. But you will take a USB key and put more music in there ( in a file call "xbox music"). Or use a PC or a Phone for listening to music, more easily.

SO I am hoping the Microsoft team is working on a way we can transfer our zune music content to the groove account. How hard would that be to plug my zune player into the laptop with groove already launched and transfer the music to it. Then I could download
it to my android phone or keep it on my zune player. I have been with zune since 2008 and have a lot of music on it. If not then the 3 month groove coupon will be worthless. I will not risk another subscription to a platform that will be discontinued again.
