groove music pay one month get 3 free flash sale

I got a email this morning for this flash sale . I clicked the link and signed up . It charged my card and seemed to work fine. About 10 minutes later I got a email that my groove music account was closed today . when I contacted support on the groove page
they told me I had to contact xbox support and transferred me. I got " this call can not be completed , try again later" after answering all the questions. so I went to xbox support and opened a chat. I told the rep what was going on and he looked into it.
he said that a refund was being processed and he would look into why. he came back with a link that showed the server that takes orders was having issues. My problem with all of this is 1} the email said it was limited to one use per email , so does that mean
I can't use it now???? and 2} it charged my card , and I was told it will take 72 hours for Microsoft to process the refund , so even if I can reclick the email link again I would have to pay a second time and wait for the first refund????? why would it do
this. I don't have enough extra money in my account to do it this way . So am I just *** for this promotion now? this is the second time I have taken part in a "flash Sale and the second time It went badly . I still have the email and a email of the chat.
BTW please fix the wrong support link on the groove music page. It sucks when you are already angry and have to be told you contacted the wrong support site( they called me , I did not call them)

Groove Music labor day flash sale

I bought a groove music pass on august 29th for the labor day flash sale. I was supposed to get two 3 months coupon but I haven't received anything yet.

I have not received my 3 month free groove music code

I got the offer of taking up a free month trial of groove music and get 3 months free via code through the xbox messaging system. I have not received my code for the 3 months and it has been well over 30 days. I need my 3 month free code for groove music
like stated in the offer.

 

Why no reply ? The promotion has now ended . I did manage to order last night 3/23 at 10:48 pm et , but the email I got said thanks for your order on 3/24 . So does that mean I will not get the code? This was a very shady deal at best. First the order gets
canceled , then it don't work until late on the last night , then it says it was on the 24th even thought it was clearly on the 23rd....... I would really like a answer.
