    Groove Music Pass promotion


    Last month I signed up for the Promotion "Get up to 4 months of free music". I already used my first month, and I was expecting the promo code. I have not gotten it yet. While I contacted Support, they asked me to buy another month in order to get the 3
    extra months, but that is not the original deal.

    I signed up for Groove Music Pass under the Labor Day Promotion. I was supposed to receive 2 separate 3 month passes by email but I never received those passes.

    Hi. Thanks for replying. I got the promotion on my Xbox One. I clicked right on the ad and it send me to the subscription screen, right on the Xbox.
