Groove Music Pass 1 Month w/ 3 month code promotion

I have contacted xbox and microsoft support 3 times and have yet to have the issue resolved, and they have finally told me to respond to this team/thread in order to gain assistance.

"This is truly our Promotional team. Just post your issue by a new thread, here's our reference number :
[MOD Removed - Please see
Forum Guidelines], by using this, they'd surely know what to do next. I documented everything here, from top to bottom and guaranteed you that you're eligible to receive the said token."

I signed up for groove music pass on 8/2 using the promotional link: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/groove/evergreenplusthree.aspx . It specifically stated that a token would be
provided in 30 days from sign up for new users; however, I have never received a three month code to use. I have checked my associated email account and xbox account and nothing is there. It is well past the 30 days since sign up and I want to know the
status of this item.

I haven't received my Grove music for 3 months

I still haven't receive the code for my 3 months music pass after purchasing a 1 month groove music pass.

The promotion was between the 16-30 of June on the home page on my Xbox one .it says that new member that join for Groove music pass will get free 3 months after they finish the first free month.
