    "We tried to get the promotional codes that was not give to you from the purchase you made before, you got the groove subscription on time before when the promo was still valid, so you're good on that part.

    It should have been delivered to your email upon completing that first month's billing cycle, but since it' didn't, we'll have to update this case to our promotions team, they're the team responsible of any promotions here in xbox, or even in groove, and they
    can also help us out with your promo codes, the additional 3 months groove codes. Basically, they'll give you your groove subscription codes.

    To do this, you simply have to create a new post on their forum page, let them know that you've already contacted us several times and we've referred them to you. Also let them know that you acquired the 1 month groove last August4, and several months later,
    still no promo codes.

    I drained my phone battery and its still early morning. I spent another 1-2 hours on the laptop trying to get this shorted.

    As you can read I got the month subscription but never got the months free I was supposed to. Can we PLEASE do something about that?

    album art and music file info (meta data) of music files downloaded from mix radio are missing in groove music

    I recently updated my lumia to windows 10 mobile and the old music player got updated to groove music, since then the music files i had downloaded from mix radio which were working perfect with all music info and album art(metadata) in lumia's old
    music player are now missing in 'groove music' ...Now All music files downloaded from mix radio are listed in groove music as 'Unknown Albums'. Kindly help
