Groove Music Labor Day sale code not received

Where did you sign up for the Groove Music promotion, and which specific date? If it was on your Xbox One console through the dashboard ad, please post back here to let us know.



If you signed up through Groove Music's website, or through the Windows Store on Windows 10, you should also receive your code within 30 days in your Microsoft Account's email inbox. If you do not see a code come in within that time, you will want to reach
out to
Microsoft Support or make a post on the
Microsoft Groove forums. We are only able to assist with promotions that are ran through the Xbox One dashboard.

Codes are sent out within 30-days via e-mail. Be sure to keep an eye on the e-mail you used to sign up for the promotion and if you don't receive a code by the end of this month, please head on over to the
Microsoft Answers Forums to get in contact with the right team.

"* Offer valid 12:00 AM PT August 29, 2017 until 12:00 AM PT September 5, 2017 or while supplies last. For new subscribers only. Valid in the US, Canada, United Kingdom, France, Germany, and Mexico. Sign up for a 30-day Groove Music Pass at $9.99 and we
will send you two tokens within 30 days, each good for an additional 3 months of music at no charge (6 months total). Credit card required. Upon completion of the promotional period, membership will be automatically billed as specified at signup unless cancelled.
Tokens expire October 31, 2017 and must be redeemed before that date. Token codes may be used by original recipient or transferred to another eligible user. Token codes may only be redeemed once. Limit 2 token codes per person."

This would indicate that you can not have previously used a Groove Music, Xbox Music or Zune Music Pass previously on the account, since this was a promotion for new customers. The investigative teams have determined that you were not eligible for this promotion
based on the terms and conditions listed.

I'm afraid we aren't able to assist with billing issues here on the forums. To check, when you spoke with Phone/Chat support did they recommend testing a different payment method?
