Hello, I have been directed to this forum after chatting with xbox support regarding my issue. The issue is i subscribed for Groove Music during a promotion at the beginning of August and have yet to get my code for the free 3 months. Can someone please
help me?

I have a case number but am not sure whether to post it publicly or not.

Here's the notification I got from Outlook.

"From now to August 17th, get up to 4 months of music for free when you sign up for a Music Pass.* If your're brand new to Groove, enjoy your free month-long trial. During the first 30 days, we'll email you a code for 3 more months - 90 days - of music,
on the house. Get millions of songs wherever you roll, plus artist radio, playlists, and custom mixes made just for you. But hurry - this deal ends in a flash."

Also states on the website that you need to finish a one month paid subscription for groove. You can see that info from the link below.
