signed up to groove music sub on the back of a "first 4 months free" deal. I haven't had a token for the next 3 months yet.

I was told Groove music pass was free for 4 months now I'm being charged after only 1 month

Groove 4 month free promotion

Signed up for the "4 months of free Groove music service" last month around march 28th 2017 and only got one month seeing as how my "free 4 months" ended just a month later. Today is April 29th 2017. Please help

current Groove offer, you'll notice that you should receive your code within 30 days of signing up to the trial. If after 30 days you still don't have your code, you'll want to post a thread over on the

Groove music forums so they can assist you. We deal with promotions offered through Xbox and our investigative teams were able to determine that you signed up for the promotion through the website.

now over 4 weeks, bye bye Groove, Apple Music gave me 3 months free no messing around with illusive codes. Pity.

Hi everyone,

I've had a reply to my question about this on the Groove forum, apparently the codes
should be sent to us within 30 days of the 30-day trial ending, not starting. Nice of them to tell us that now..!
