Groove Music 4 months free code not receved.

Hi.

I signed up for the 4 months free groove music pass and was awaiting the 3 month code after he first moth expired. I have not received this code and have been charged for month 2.

I logged a call with support Ref number 1368882861 and they told me to post it here, which seems a bit odd but OK.

I was speaking to someone called Eufemio M and you may be able to look up the transcript of the call.

If you could send (resend) the code, that would be great.

Hi everyone,

I've had a reply to my question about this on the Groove forum, apparently the codes
should be sent to us within 30 days of the 30-day trial ending, not starting. Nice of them to tell us that now..!

Groove music didn't receive plus three code

I joined groove music with the black Friday deal. It's now been over 30 days and I did not receive my plus three code.

I signed up for this on the Grove website but it was groove support who sent me here as you can see if you check the ref number in my original email.
