Groove music "4 free months of music to rock your world"

I signed up on January 5th 2017 for a free trial of Groove music with the promise that "we'll send you a token within 30 days for an additional 3 months of free music".

My 30 days recently expired and I never received a token for my additional 3 months so I had to cancel before I got charged.

I started a online chat with Microsoft tech support who directed me to Xbox support's online chat and they told me to make a post here.

This was the link i signed up from although the expiry date has now changed from January to March..

I joined in before promotion ended.

My join date is 7/29/2016.
