Groove Music 3 month trial code?

I signed up for a 30 day groove music pass trial on 08/12/2016 advertising that you would get a code for a 90 day trial after your 30 day trial. I have never received a code for the 90 day trial. On 09/03/2016 I received and email stating that my 30 day
trial is ending and my credit card will be charged for $9.99 on 09/11/2016. I have read many posts and apparently appears to be a large problem. I also read in these forums that the promotion that I applied for on my xbox dashboard ended on 08/17/2016 putting
me in the correct time frame to receive the promotion. Please help!

Never got my 3 month token for groove music trial.

I never got my 3 month token for groove music trial, made multiple calls to store support, xbox support with no luck. This was in reference the the 4 month groove trial.

Signed up for groove music free trial and still haven't received a code for extended 3 month period.

Hello,

I signed up for groove music free trial as a first time subscriber a month ago from now when the offer for 3 more free months of groove music was available. Upon signing up they told me that I would receive 3 free months of groove music for free as a code
in email. However I have not received the code as of yet, it's been 30 days now since I signed up for groove music free trial. Please help me with this issue as soon as possible.

If you signed up on 8/12/2016, it can take a full billing cycle for promotional codes to be sent out. If you don't receive anything after the first billing cycle, please post back and we'll investigate further.

The music groove promotion was only available for first time user here is a link to check to see if it is the same promotion that you had.

Hi everyone,

I've had a reply to my question about this on the Groove forum, apparently the codes
should be sent to us within 30 days of the 30-day trial ending, not starting. Nice of them to tell us that now..!
