Groove Music 3 month free code

I also receive a email stating try one month free and get a code for 3 additional months. As of today I have not receive any code and yes I do check my spam folder. If I don't get a code within 1 day then I will be forced to cancel and learn that Xbox doesn't
honor what they advertise.

I have not received my 3 month free groove music code

I got the offer of taking up a free month trial of groove music and get 3 months free via code through the xbox messaging system. I have not received my code for the 3 months and it has been well over 30 days. I need my 3 month free code for groove music
like stated in the offer.

 

Signed up for groove music free trial and still haven't received a code for extended 3 month period.

I signed up for groove music free trial as a first time subscriber a month ago from now when the offer for 3 more free months of groove music was available. Upon signing up they told me that I would receive 3 free months of groove music for free as a code
in email. However I have not received the code as of yet, it's been 30 days now since I signed up for groove music free trial. Please help me with this issue as soon as possible.

If I am forced to cancel before xbox charges my c/c will I still be able to use the code, if I ever get one, for the free months under the agreement that was in the email ?
