    i did a promotion that was veing shown on my xbox saying reward members get 3 additional months off of groove musoc and i wpupd recieve an email about it and it never showed up.

    Groove Code of 3 months free not recieved yet since july!

    I signed up on August 14th 2016 for groove music pass during the 1 month +3 months free and did not receive my code for my extra 3 months free. Could I still get it?

    Groove 3 month free pass

    Hi I have had the same thing. Signed up and not had the voucher for the three extra months come through.

    I have had email saying that my trial ends on the 11th and auto renewal will then kick in. Also had groove recommends emails through.

    But nothing with the free 3 month trial extension.

    Any help on this would also be appreciated.
