I just posted the same issue!

 

I posted the same issue as well. Didn't get an answer. I ended up chatting with a support tech, and they kept telling me that there was nothing they could do and that I had to post here and wait for an answer. But my subscription had already auto-renewed
so I would have gotten charged if I just waited for an answer on the forums. So the tech gave me a refund on the 1 month charge and turned off the auto-renewal.

I asked for Microsoft Rewards points as compensation for the 3 months of free music that I didn't get, but apparently they can't give out rewards pts...which is annoying.

 

I also just reported the same issue.

 

Same issue I signed up from a promotion banner on the Xbox One early December and I have yet to receive a code.

 

I also posted about the same issue! And spent AGES on Microsoft Support chats trying to sort it out to no avail...

The same thing happened to me! I never received the code within the 30 days, and it's been almost 2 weeks since the month trial ended. Still have never received it.

I've had a reply to my question about this on the Groove forum, apparently the codes
should be sent to us within 30 days of the 30-day trial ending, not starting. Nice of them to tell us that now..!

I started my first time trial on Dec 10th 2016 using a banner ad on the Xbox One Homescreen. A friend signed up the same day using the same ad and he received his redeemable code Dec 15th 2016 through the Xbox Live Message system. All other Microsoft promotion
codes for things like Gears of War 4 pre-order and others I have received this way as well. Looked through all my email accounts it could be in plus trash and junk mail. I didn't have any trouble getting a notification that it was going to auto-renew. I got
another email when I canceled the auto renew and two separate emails with why I should re-enable auto renew the subscription to continue getting Groove.

 

Same here, signed up on December 23rd through my Xbox One and nothing, just spoke with Xbox customer service and they informed me to post my issue here. Doing as asked, but this is poor customer service you would expect such a large company
to get their act together when offering such promotions
