Discus and support Groove Code of 3 months free not recieved yet since july! in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; Hi, I signed up for groove music in August as there was a 3 month free.     Groove Code of 3 months free not recieved yet since july!


    Hi,

    I signed up for groove music in August as there was a 3 month free. I have now paid for groove for the last 2 months and haven't got my code?.

    Please can you advise as this seems like false advertising to me......

    Groove Code of 3 months free not recieved yet since july!

    Redeemed the August offer for buy 1 month, get 3 free. Never received the code. Spoke with a CSR who told me the code would arrive at the end of the first billing period. It didn't but I was not billed for September so didn't worry too much. Was billed on
    October 3rd. CSR in the billing department told me that was for September??? Took $10 out of the last $17 I have until November 3rd (on a very small fixed income) and I am NOT a happy camper.

    CSR said post here to get the issue resolved. HELP!

    I signed up to Groove to take advantage of an offer for an additional 3 months free of charge, after my month free trial and my first billed month, however I am very unhappy that I have now had 2 monthly payments taken but have still not received my
    code for the additional 3 months. Can someone please investigate ASAP and supply me with the code. I have spent 45 minutes on an online chat with support to try and resolve this, only to be told at the end that I need to post a message on here for someone
    to resolve this for me, so would appreciate someone coming back to me ASAP.
