Groove 4 month free promotion

Signed up for the "4 months of free Groove music service" last month around march 28th 2017 and only got one month seeing as how my "free 4 months" ended just a month later. Today is April 29th 2017. Please help

3 month free groove music promo code/email missing

I signed up for the Free 4 month Groove music promotion for black friday:

Microsoft groove promotion December

I signed up for the groove promotion for 4 months free of the service. It has been almost over a month now trying to get support, only to find out that no one is actually working on the issue as i was told. They told me to make a post here for help. After
all my ssupport calls just for a promotion that they did not even have any knowledge about.

I isnged up for. the 4 free months of. groove music. I received only one month of the service and did not receive the the remaining 3. months as was listed in the promotion. I am way far past annoyed that i cannot get any kind of help with this situation.

The promotion was between the 16-30 of June on the home page on my Xbox one .it says that new member that join for Groove music pass will get free 3 months after they finish the first free month.

Same here, signed up on December 23rd through my Xbox One and nothing, just spoke with Xbox customer service and they informed me to post my issue here. Doing as asked, but this is poor customer service you would expect such a large company
to get their act together when offering such promotions
