    Hi.

    I signed up for the Groove music promotion which included an initial 1 month free followed by an additional 3 months free via a token.

    I received the token a day or two ago and followed the instructions in the email to activate my additional 3 months of free Groove music but the token wont activate and I always get the message "Something went wrong..." with an error code at the bottom.
    I have tried multiple times but always get the same result.

    I have tried looking up the error code in the error code help section but it can not find it, even if I follow instructions and only enter a specific number of characters of the error code.

    Please help.

    I signed up to the trail but didn't get the token for 3 months of Groove Music Pass within the 30 days

    Sorry to hear that the code isn't working for you. Which country are you physically located in on our

    Officially Supported Xbox Live Countries and Regions
    list and which country/region do you have your account set to?

    To clarify, if you're not connecting from a region on this list, or if the region you're connecting from is not the same as the one on your account. It could mean that some features may not work properly including code redemption.

    Thanks for the reply. I've checked my region settings and they do match where I am physically located, which is the United Kingdom.

    It just comes up with this code at the bottom of the screen if I try to redeem the 3 months free code -

    account.live.com
    does it match? These steps
    HERE
