    Hello i signed up for a free trial of groove on the 18th of june on the windows 10 app, and was wondering when the code would be sent for the 3 months free as i have yet to receive it, i have checked all possible inboxes including junk folders.

    I have not received my 3 month free groove music code

    I got the offer of taking up a free month trial of groove music and get 3 months free via code through the xbox messaging system. I have not received my code for the 3 months and it has been well over 30 days. I need my 3 month free code for groove music
    like stated in the offer.

    Signed up for groove music free trial and still haven't received a code for extended 3 month period.

    Hello,

    I signed up for groove music free trial as a first time subscriber a month ago from now when the offer for 3 more free months of groove music was available. Upon signing up they told me that I would receive 3 free months of groove music for free as a code
    in email. However I have not received the code as of yet, it's been 30 days now since I signed up for groove music free trial. Please help me with this issue as soon as possible.
