I didn't get my 3 free months code for Groove

I bought a groove music pass and it said 3 free months but I didn't get anything.

This seems to be a curious case going around.

Contacted CHAT SUPPORT and was informed that "the company is not giving away 4months of service for free."

Which comes down to saying- if you did the free trial to get the 3-month free code (as the POP-UP as stated), you are not getting the 3-months unless you bought 1-month.

I am checking with my friends that signed up after I did and showed them how to find that POP-UP ad. Some said they got the code.....but if they paid for the service or not, I will find out. Since I told them it was free and if they got charged, I will feel
responsible even though they read the same thing I did.

Hi I have had the same thing. Signed up and not had the voucher for the three extra months come through.

I have had email saying that my trial ends on the 11th and auto renewal will then kick in. Also had groove recommends emails through.

But nothing with the free 3 month trial extension.

Any help on this would also be appreciated.

The promotion was between the 16-30 of June on the home page on my Xbox one .it says that new member that join for Groove music pass will get free 3 months after they finish the first free month.
