    I need help. I just got a new Xbox One X from the mountain dew sweepstakes. I'm a member of the preview program. Since the first day i hooked it up I've been getting a grey screen of death. For lack of a better term. When switching from games and sometimes
    when turning it on after it's been off for hours I experience this. It's not every time but it's been more frequent lately. The screen goes grey and hitting the glowing Xbox button on the controller just makes the screen darken and nothing pops up. Holding
    the button brings up the turn off controller, console, or report issue screen. But report issue just keeps the screen grey while the other 2 options work. But turning the console back on doesn't do anything but lead to the grey screen again. Only way to
    fix it is hard reset. Have done that more times than I can count. Talked to support 3 different times. First 2 times was recommended to reset console . First keeping games and second time was full reset. 3rd time they referred me here since I'm a preview
    member. Can anyone help?

    whenever i am in a game or in a application amd say want to check a message or go to the home screen i press the xbox button. Here recently when i press it nothing pops up. The grey over lay comes up but im still moving around in the backgroun. Whenever
    i need to get to the home screen its basically forces me to turn off then on my xbox. Its really fustrated me latly. Anyone else have the same problem or know how to fix it.

    I have this SAME issue.. It started right after I updated my Xbox1. Does anyone have a fix?

    Have you tried this at all?

    To restart your Xbox One with a hard reset, hold down the console's power button for 10 seconds while the system is on. The console will enter a full reboot cycle, and the Home menu should display once it loads.
