    Hi I have an Xbox series x - I have hardly played it

    I brought hogwarts legacy and started the installation process and left my console and tv on whilst I went to work.

    I came back both were off

    When I started the console up again today - the main screen and the games are all in grey scale no colour

    I reset keeping games and apps

    I’ve changed the hdmi from port two to port one (which works for my tv provider unit) and this was still grey scale on the xbox.

    Hopefully you could help me as I’d be so annoyed if there is an issue as this console has hardly been played.

    Can you double-check if the grey scale feature is not enabled on your console?

    You can review this by opening Settings > Accessibility > Colour filters > pick “none” if you can see “grey scale”.

    Hey Omega! Not to worry, there's nothing wrong with your file. The theme is supposed to be grey-scale. So no need to try redownloading or anything again. ^_^
