Bonjour ! J'ai remarquer il ya quelques mois maintenant que j'avais des problème de grésillement et que le son s'arrêter, mais cela disait que mon casque était bien connecter ma manette. J'ai donc acheter un casque Hyperx Cloud sous licence xbox et une
nouvelle manette neuve. Mais rien y fait. Sa grésille et le son se coupe. Je dois rebrancher et débrancher mon casque pour que par chance il fonctionne jusqu' ce que je change de jeu.. Pouvez vous m'aidez ? Merci et bonne journée

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you are having audio issues with headset. We recommend trying the

guide for set up and troubleshoot headset. As you will notice it is for the Xbox chat headset but will work for all types of headsets.
