OK I think I'm understanding this now. For arguments sake, email A is the original email I used to set up my xbox account. Email B is the one I set up as an alias.

I can make B my primary and then deactivate A? And all my xbox account information will still be there.

Also, once I deactivate A, can I use B for other things, like a normal email address?
