I'm sorry to hear that. Here are the steps that you can try for your concern.

Solution 1. Power cycle your console

Please Turn off console > (press and hold power button for 10 seconds) unplug everything from the console > wait for 2 minutes and plug everything back > Turn On the console.

Solution 2. Try resetting your tv settings and double check your hdmi cable.

Go to the games list. Then press the "Start button" (not the green button). Then go to "Manage" and see if the little square is there that says "Season Pass" or something close to that.

Then take it from there.

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to hopefully get your console to stop your console from behaving like that. I can totally understand how this sort of this could be distressing. I recommend trying a soft factory reset of the
console. It's a reset of your console back to factory settings but one that does not uninstall any of your games or apps and is a really good troubleshooting step for most issues.

When ou get the chance, follow the steps here on
How to reset your console to factory defaults on Xbox One, select the option denoted reset and keep my games & apps and let us know how that helps with the issue .

im fairly sure thats an issue with your HDMI cable or port so i dont know how to help you with that one
