Green screen while watching streaming services i.e Hulu, Netflix, Disney +, and even Twitch

I keep having a reoccurring issue where whenever i watch any streaming services I get a green screen with subtitles and sound still playing as if I was actually being able to watch. I realize I am not the only one with this issue as i have seen a few others
have asked and had the same problems as I have. I do not mean to sound rude but I would very much like and appreciate some help with resolving this issue since it seems like no one at Microsoft cares and or is reliable enough to help anyone with this issue.
Please resolve this mess it would be very appreciated because i would love to use and utilize the other functions of my xbox one x.

I experience this occasionally when streaming Kodi. I have found that during those times the network traffic is high from other devices and that my connection is not getting the proper QOS that I would expect. I went into my router and changed the QOS
for my xbox to be priority over others and that worked for me.

Sorry to hear that is happening. Could you please provide more information on your setup? I.E. is there any external hard drives and what kind of t.v. you are using.

While IP TV would be amazing, I was actually going with the fact of a streaming service i.e. Netflix/Hulu streaming service allows you to watch TV episodes and what not. I'd rather give my money to Microsoft than either of them to stream my content.

Try doing the hard reset this way. Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console. Once
it is back up and operational test for results. Let us know. Good Luck!

Hi I was also having this issue with apps like Netflix, Youtube, NBA Game time. The hard reset seemed to work for me, streaming is fine at the moment.
