    Green screen seems to take a long time to get to main screen.


    Every time I shut my Xbox one off when I go to turn it back on it stays on the Green screen for a bit then loads up the regular start up screen. When I go to play the game I was playing it starts the whole thing over instead of right where I started off. Or it doesn’t just go to the main screen like it use to. I’ve tried all the reset techniques and nothing seems to work. What am I missing any help is useful. TIA

    Sorry to hear about your issue. Have you already tried resetting it manually from the Xbox troubleshooter page? If so and the issue still persists, I am afraid your console needs to be repaired.     Must have gotten hung up on boot. I would not worry about it. If it was on first ever boot that green screen takes a very long time to get past.

    You have to wait on the green screen. Restarting it probably messed up the set up. I'm glad I read about the long green screen ahead of time.

    Xbox one, Turns on and act like its working fine but on the tv, its just a black screen

    I'm having the same issue. It shows the green startup screen for a long time and then a black screen with an error code and once I click continue it just goes back to the black screen. Apparently home took too long so start. I've tried a hard reset and nothing
    seems to have changed. Has anybody with the same issue found a solution? Please update.
