Green Screen E102 followed by BLANK screen

Please can anyone help with an issue at Xbox Start Up? After experiencing the green screen of death one week ago, fixed with a factory reset, we experienced it yet again and then this changed to a blank screen upon powering up. Any ideas? We have tried
to reboot, following suggestions online but now we have a blank screen we can't actually do anything.

Offline update is usually your best hope like the others have said but most likely it will need to be repaired.

Unless you are in the Insiders Preview Program. If you are in the Insiders you CAN'T use OSU's. They are only for General Availability releases of the OS.

{Parity}

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

Hi Leopard,

Thanks for coming to the forums with your issue with the E102 error code. These are system OS errors. If the power cycle that Parity mentioned doesn't work you can try a

offline update. Sometimes if the hard drive is going bad also will give these errors as it isn't able to correctly save data of the OS. Try this and let us know.
