Green Pixels and Crashing - Forza Horizon 4 on Series X

When I boot up Forza Horizon 4 on my new Xbox Series X, it gets past the splash screen and loads screens, but as soon as it reaches the actual game, the screen gets scattered with loads of green pixels, then locks up completely and about 10 seconds later
the entire console crashes and turns off.

I only have this issue with FH4. Other games ive tried (Such as Forza Motorsport 7, PUBG, Rocket League etc) all work fine as expected.

While the console image has locked up with all the green artifacts, I can press the Xbox button and A to return home as normal, it just doesn't display anything, then about 5 seconds later will return home, so I guess the Xbox is technically still active
underneath the broken image?

Here are the things ive tried so far:

-Different HDMI Cable

-Different Screen

-Reinstalling the game

-Changing HDR settings on both TV and Console

-Lowering the resolution to 1080p

Seeing as this is only happening in FH4, is it a bug with the game?

Or is there a hardware issue with my console (only got it 2 days ago) as I thought these green artifacts normally mean that?
