    Green or Grey Screen Whenever I Try To Stream Media?


    So I’ve had by XSX since launch day, and have used it for any and all my families streaming. However just starting yesterday, every app I try to stream from- Disney+/Netflix/Hulu/HBO etc., when I click something to watch, the sound works but the screen
    is either completely grey or completely green. Any help??? I havent made any changes to settings, and like I said we have been streaming from it just fine from November until now. Everything else works fine, home screen and all games work, its streaming only.

    This code here :0x80131500 ..whenever I got to try snd install nothijg happens and then I go to press official club and try snd lauch the game a grey screen that says try again there was a problem and I see this error at the bottom

    I can't get to gamepass it continually shows circle even when I go to store and click on gamepass game. My internet is very strong to so I'm not sure what's happening.

    And whenever I power on Xbox I have grey blackish screen with loading circle and have to hit b button to get to menu

    Tv is fully up to date but I noticed when i toggled the game mode setting on my tv the effect happend. I turned the low latency off in the settings and am able to play games without the picture change.
