Green and link screen when watching 4k films ?!!!

With your new console, did you use the new HDMI cable that came with it?

Have you tried using another TV or changing the HDMI port you are connecting the console to?

Ok tks I tried a new cable no other tv to try, the Xbox was playing films fine before I tried the abyss disc ?

First, let's try a simple fix, please, power cycle the console to clear its cache data and try again.

To do it, follow these steps:

Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.

Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 60 seconds.

Important Be sure to wait at least 60 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

Plug the console power cable back in.

Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

If possible, do the same with the TV, remove it from the power socket and wait the 60 seconds as well.

The console has no viruses, this is usually an issue with the HDMI Cable or HDMI Port.

Please, if you have access to it, try connecting the console to another TV, and make sure to use a new/different cable as well.

Yes contacted tv supplier they couldn't help either ? All I can think of is a virus ?!
