    Hi and Thank you! I use Xbox 360 Minacraft arcade edition. i just purchased Greek mythology skin pack for minacraft through the Xbox, I downloaded but the skin still showing lock, i contacted xbox support we did the whole thing and still not able to used
    them,they told me to contact the maker of the game 1-425-076-0172 but when i call the number sounds disconnected, can anyone have any suggestions, this happen only with few skin packs not all of them. thank you!

    Gamer tag issues

    Sadly due to your gamer tag not being offensive (God like can mean anything from being god like in the sense of greek mythology)

    In my personal opinion I do not think Microsoft will let you change it for free until allot of people complain against it.

    Check in storage under Minecraft and see if you have
    this     install. If it is, you will need to delete it to have access to the
    full version    .

    I've had this issue before.
