    i had green screen had to hard reset the xbox i did that re installed my profile went to download fortnite and for some reason its keeps stopping the instalment annd i cant see the game logos can someone please heelp

    Permanent fix for Green Screen of Death?

    I have had the Green Screen of Death 3 times on my Xbox one and am getting tired of having to go through all the steps every time. Is there a permanent fix for the Green Screen of Death?

    Could be the HDD is corrupt or failing, contact MS support about a replacement.
