Great news for Xbox Comunity. Microsoft reveal Project xCloud

Xbox One owners have been told about an interesting new service is being built by Microsoft with their console games collection in mind. Its called Project xCloud, something that was talked about briefly at E3 2018, has been officially revealed today by
the tech giant. Will be a service for game-streaming, that will offer you the freedom to play on the device you want without being locked to a particular device, empowering you, the gamers, to be at the centre of your gaming experience”.

Looks like it'll be a good service. Exciting to see how it comes out.

 

It’ll be cool for the people that use it.

 

Will be interesting to see what comes of this. I think Scarlet will def take advantage of it!

 

Seems like a good way to combat the Switch without releasing new hardware. Everyone has a phone. Imagine playing at home and then continuing on your phone on the bus or crapper!

 

I saw this today actually! To be honest this is a brilliant move by Microsoft, they're edging into territory that Sony attempted (and failed at) before. I have really high hopes that this works out really well, it could really open up some great opportunities!

 

It will definitely be interesting to see if this can fix all the issues people have with individual games by streaming them instead. But I don't expect this until at least 2020.

now if only all the games had their own google earth type planet for adding all the games there or something like destiny with a few planets for the various maps-- combineing to be any charactor on almost any game map smoother cross over from one game
zone to the other game with the one charactor or any other charactors thats been purchased with a game ----

now that sounds like real gameing and real freedom but awesome anyways getting closer to the expectations ive had sounds amazeing

 

Impressive technology and I'm looking forward to hopefully get a chance to test it.

Having all of digital games available to play anywhere is pretty sweet.

 

I do not know if any of you heard a rumor about the disappearance of the physical consoles, because it seems to be related to this. Personally I don´t think they will disappear, to me this will be a new option, a different way of reaching users, since many
people are interested in playing but not everyone can or wants to spend approximately 400 or 500 dollars on new hardware.

It seems very good, more options for all and if we add the inclusion of mouse and keyboard, wow! Microsoft will be unstoppable the next generation, we have already won green team !!!

 

I think that this is a great feature that will provide new ways to play in the next future.

I hope that we will have the chance to try it in 2019!
