Those games are great, but there is a problem, there won't be any game for backwards compatibility until the new xbox.

The thing about games and backward compatibility especially with games like Tony hawk is the license for the music sound tracks. Activision would have to see when the license is up and then decide if it would be worth purchasing them again. They would
be more likely to remaster them and add new fun things and sell it as a new release then go the route of backwards compatibility.
