    Great morning :) Almost had a Series X, but Support blew it!!!!


    Got up early this morning and pre ordered a Series X on Microsoft's store. All is good and confirmed. But when i get the confirmation, they have put on my old address and not the one currently listed in my profile as Billing & Shipping address. Oh well...
    call up customer service for them to change the address. But suddenly the support guy goes UPS! I cancelled the order... ok dude, it's early in the morning, have some coffee and try again. So he makes me a new order.... but suddenly again... UPS! he says,
    i didn't use the payment method you just told me to use 2 seconds ago... and he cancelled that on as well.... OK... 3 time .... what can go wrong! UPS! the support guy says again! You are not allowed to buy more than 1 console, so you have to wait a few days
    for all the cancellations to be processed.... have a nice day .....

    I'm in the US and was eagerly awaiting pre-orders (already signed in) but every time I clicked on "Pre-Order" I would get error messages every time. Don't know what else I'm supposed to do as my connection and tech were NOT the issue but I got screwed
    out of one. Sorry overload and traffic are no longer a valid excuse it's 2020.

    ... Customer service called me back an hour later and recommend me to make a SPAM email and create a new account, so i could bypass the 1 system pr. user limit! OMG!!!! (For the problem HE created, by being bad at his job) I guess he use to work for Sony.

    I'm so ashamed of being a Xbox fan right now!

    Told him to send me the link so i could complain about his lack of service ..... but off course he never sent that ..... Zzzzzz

    Did you use chrome? That would be the issue

    Firrfox and edge are more web compliant
