YEs, I confirmed with support but what is working some times is, if you have Xbox One, is to go to Settings--Power and Start up--Restart now

If that doesn't work, go to Settings--Network--Advance Settings--Alternate MAC address--Clear MAC address

Tried it and nothing happened

 

Sad to hear that, there is in fact a service alert from xbox, is not updated on the page yet, sometimes they take some time to do so, but those steps have worked for me and some other people too, guess some random thing going on...

 

Didn't solve for me but looks like Microsoft is addressing it at least.

 

I was playing Warframe and was on wave 18 of Tower 1 void defense. Of course, I had a lot of materials collected (my 5 argon crystals are what set me over the edge), mod cards picked up, credits earned, etc etc etc.

During gameplay, I was suddenly booted to the main screen of my Xbox One with the a message that read
"Check your connection - To start Warframe, we need to connect to Xbox Live. Make sure your Xbox is online, then sign in and try again. (0x87de2714)".

My internet connection on my Xbox One also went down at the same time apparently. After resetting my internet and hard resetting my Xbox, I switched my Xbox back on and tried again. Alas, I was greeted with the same message, only this time....it was on EVERY
GAME I have....including the games that I have physical copies of..

(I would demand compensation for my all my lost acquired items in Warframe during my time in the Tower defense, but I know that won't happen, so it's better to just let it go and try again some time later if I can ever get my games to work.)

Now, what confuses me, is that I'm clearly online. I'm even talking to 5 different people in a party right now as I type this. If I'm online, why can't I play my games?

Same thing is happening to me on Battlefield 4, been playing Xbox all day with no problems but when I get on Battlefield it won't connect to EA servers and keeps saying I need to connect to Xbox Live and it gives me the same error code.

 

This is really starting to get old. I bought both Dragon age and dying light digitally. It seems like at least once a week I'm stuck not being able to play. Oh well I'll just watch Netflix....oh wait...NO I CAN'T BECAUSE "REQUIRES INTERNET CONNECTION". I
have a connection. This is ridiculous. If you are going to constantly have these problems, then you need to rethink your drm. Won't be buying anymore games from MS.

I am experiencing this error code right now, freaking ridiculous

 

As am I, its been hours and I have tried everything, Unable to use ESO, Netflix etc etc

 

Sat in a party with my mate clearly connected to xbox live yet I can't play any games because "I'm not online" right laugh

 

@Mister Quimby My games are still not working (single player or multi digital) So the issue has not been resolved.Thanks!
