I'd just take the time to tell you guys, how great of a job you're doing.

As a købermægler I don't get to play a lot of games. But whatever you guys are doing, it's working.

Man, my Xbox gave me some many great memories! Playing Halo with my little brothers, 4 player split screen, those were times! Thank you for the great times Xbox! I remember my first game was Midtown Madness, omg the memories I had. I was so happy, my drivers
name was tinglysning and I won so many races.

Yes from what ive read here , if you need a console , their pretty good , if you need a power supply or controller , not so much.......( my day one controller has been gone since Christmas )

Looking through this forum it seems like a lot of people have had a bad experience with Microsoft while trying to get a replacement unit or send their Xbox in for service, but I just wanted to call out that I have received great service and exceptional
response time. I needed to send my Xbox One in due to an extremely loud fan, which I know a number of people have had. I submitted a request for an advance replacement yesteryday, and received my replacement Xbox One this morning, less than 24 hours later.
I definitely feel for the people that are having ongoing problems, but I think it's important to point out that I believe Microsoft is doing the best job possible in helping out customers that are having issues with their system.
