    Great customer service.


    You just lost a **** customer ****. I waited through the chat **** for 2 damn hours. My number got down to 34 and then restarted to 198... i then called your bitch asses and after getting transferred twice the guy on the line named Arm, asked me to call
    back because he could view no info... this is some **** i have been trying to play my exbox since earlier this morning and it is now 4:17pm. You just lost a customer.

    Amazing....dead silence....great former customer service.

    20gb HDD in S-models console

    PS3 , might be free but their customer services is not so great. At least with Xbox customer service you get treated right and no massive security breaches.

    in my anger at your stupidity i forgot to tell you that my problem is that it says that the person who purchased the games has to log in... i am the person who purchased the games.

    Well, good luck with any success with Microsoft or Xbox. The customer service is atrocious at best.
