have try to power cycle 10 seconds the wait for 30 seconds then turn it on or power cycle for 10 seconds then unplug it for 30 seconds then plug it back in . try to uninstall and you can clear local saves games you find this in xbox one settings

I can't see your vine but I may have the same issue in Ghosts on the X1. Like textures get a rainbow digital finish. And red dot sights have a bright rainbow square in them that you can't see through. You can see it in recorded clips. So far it has happened
twice and it happens on the same map. (The one with the rehab center.) I leave that lobby after the match and the issue stops.

I wish I could see your vine so I could tell if this is the same deal.

I have the same graphics issue on BF4, it doesn't start happening much until the console has warmed up. What I am seeing is a rainbow looking blur every ten or so seconds, almost as if being knocked dizzy from an explosion. I hadn't noticed it on Assassins
Creed four yet until a little bit last night after playing BF4, the screen would flash a subtle blue hue only once in a while. It almost makes you feel crazy, like you are seeing things. In my experience with computers I am willing to guess they have some
bad graphics cards that can't handle the heavy loads they were built for.

I have exactly the same issue with NBA Live 14, so I would be interested to know how you manage to fix this

Yep, I have odd pixelation issues with CoD: Ghosts. It's like a helicopter is above you and it's blades cast a shadow, only affects maps. Haven't tried the Campaign.
