    Hello Team,

    My Xbox does this thing were the goes dark and pink and I can barely see the icons and screens. How do I resolve this. The screen returns normal when the I launch warzone and the HDR comes on. but when I quit the game or go to another app it goes to the dark pink glow. Last time this happened I managed to get to the display settings and was able to reset it somehow. Please help. I also tried switching the HDMI ports and cable. I also removed the power cable from the xbox but that did not resolve the issue

    Are you using the settings on video & overscan as detect automatically, or you have specifically selected HDMI?

    I personally would clear the cache and see what happens:
    support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache



    Also for troubleshooting purposes, please tell us if other games do this and/or basic TV watching - I'd like to rule out as much as possible: TV, Xbox, HDMI cable, other games, etc.

    Hi, did you go into settings and change the video settings? It could be an issue there.

    Hello Team,

    An update to this issue. I resolved it for now. I went into my tv Picture settings and change the picture mode to Movie Mode and the screen went back to regular. It wouldn't work for Normal, vivid, Low , or any of them. Only the Movie mode
