Graphic bugs (red, green and blue lines across the screen)

Hey there,

I have got a strange issue when playing sea of thieves. When there is sunset or daytime, I look through the scope or at the map, I see green, red and sometimes blue lines. When looking around, these appear in the sky and at the sail. So everywhere where
light is intense and demanding. Funnily, this doesn't happen at nighttime.

It also happens at no other game.

Here is a screenshot of the issue.

Changing the graphics settings doesn't make a difference.

Drivers are up to date.

My specs are i7 6700, Nvidia GTX 1060 in an acer predator laptop.

Sorry to hear about the issue! Have you tried a different HDMI cable? I would use a different HDMI cable to see if the issue persists. Before you try a different cable, I also recommend trying a full power cycle as well. Follow the steps below:

• Press and hold the power button on the Xbox One console for 10 seconds, or until the unit is fully powered off.
  
• Unplug the power supply from the back of the Xbox One console and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  
• Plug the power back in and power on.

Try the steps above, as well as a different HDMI cable, and then post back to let us know if the issue persists!

 

Red lines across tv screen?

Ever since I got my Xbox one brand new, red dotted lines have been appearing on the screen at rare times but they go way after a few seconds.
